Trail Closure Notice: Maitland Trail

Please be aware that the Maitland Trail is closed from KM marker 20 to KM marker 25 effective immediately and until further notice. We have received reports of aggressive encounters with coyotes near Cherrydale. There is a known coyote den in the area.
Signs have been posted to indicate the closure from the Cherrydale Road entrance through to the gate at the NCC property.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring the safety of all trail users.
