Over the past several months, the MTA Board of Directors has reviewed  its board and association governance documents to be in compliance with the Not-for-Profit Corporations Act, 2010 (ONCA).  These information meetings are an opportunity for Maitland Trail Association members to review and ask questions about the updated MTA governance documents before they receive final passing at the AGM.  Preregistration required.Â
