Helmets are required. Be prepared for rain or sunshine. Bring water.
Meeting Location: meet at the parking lot along McNaughton Drive
Difficulty: Moderate. The trail meanders through the trees along the edge of the river and Morrison Lake. Some hilly parts to ride or walk up.
This is a level 2, easy paced bike ride.
